Management

This page allows you to view all your orders, from the most recent to the earliest ones you've sent. It provides comprehensive information about each product shipped in the boxes. On this page, you can find the tracking number, the generated label (in case you've hired this service), customer information, prices, and many other details. You can also review all the freight information and print necessary documentation, including labels, CN23, and commercial invoices. The platform automatically generates these documents for you.

Whenever an order is created, whether manually, through CSV upload, or via API, a dedicated page displays all the orders and their respective data. Additionally, a research tool allows you to filter orders based on various variables.

For more detailed information, feel free to scroll through the page and refer to this article

1. Click on 'Orders' and then, 'Management'

2. The initial view

When you first open this page, you'll encounter a substantial amount of information, which can be a bit overwhelming. To simplify navigation, we have implemented filters that allow you to display only the specific information you need.

  • You can choose which columns to display by clicking on 'Table Columns' and selecting the categories you want to see.
  • You can filter orders by various categories, including order number, sales channel, time period, country, and more.
  • You can adjust the number of rows displayed on your screen.
  • You can either click 'Select All' to choose all orders on the page or manually select individual orders to perform specific actions.

The following video shows how to use this funcitons

The dowloads are made in CSV. If you want a video on how to display the file in a more common way, watch our video with the instructions here.

3. Actions

When you select one or more orders, clicking 'Actions' will open a dropdown menu with available actions for the selection.
