Notifications - Rules Configuration

    In the Nobordist App, for notification groups to function correctly (learn how to set up a group here), you must associate a Sales Channel with the notification rule group. Ensure that the same channel is selected when creating an order, whether done manually on the platform, via spreadsheet, or through the API.

1. Click on  'Notifications' and then click on 'Rules Configuration'.

2. Add a group and associate it with a sales channel.

    The initial step is to create a group, and if you're unsure about how to do that, you can click on this link to be redirected to the page with detailed instructions.

    Once you've successfully created a group, proceed to create an order in the same manner as you usually would. However, when you reach the 'Shipment' section, be sure to select the specific sales channel that aligns with your preferences and requirements.
