Notification - Settings

    This page provides you with a high degree of flexibility. You can modify the available fields to suit your specific needs and configure email and account settings to seamlessly integrate your communications. What's more, you can choose from a variety of channels to send your messages. Whether you prefer email, SMS, webhooks, or even WhatsApp, you have the freedom to select the most suitable platform for your communication needs.

    In essence, NB empowers you to customize your messaging approach while offering a range of communication channels. Whether it's through traditional email, speedy SMS, automated webhooks, or the convenience of WhatsApp, you have the tools to engage with your audience on your terms.

1. Click on 'Notifications' and then on 'Settings'.

2. Editing emails and accounts

    Within our system, you have the ability to customize both the sender email for your messages and the notification delivery channels.

  • Red: This highlight indicates the current sender email for notifications.
  • Green: Here, you can easily edit or change the email highlighted in red to select your preferred sender.
  • Blue: Clicking this button allows you to enable or disable SMS notifications.
  • Yellow: Clicking here enables or disables WhatsApp notifications.
  • Purple: Here, you can the configuration of your Webhook
