How to edit my company profile?

Editing company profile

   The Company section of your Nobordist account is where you establish your company data that will be used in customer notifications, messages as well as add to import/export documents crucial information. In this article, we break down all of the sections of the company profile.


1. Click under your account name in the top right corner and then click on 'My Company'. 





Import a signature:  

    You can add your signature on the necessary documents by clicking in the option 'I authorize the use of this signature on mandatory shipping documents'.


 



Include the company logo:

 To insert or change the image, simply click on the empty space or the existing photo, and you'll be able to add your logo. By clicking on the eye icon you can view the signature or hide it.




Set devolution address: 

    In case of a devolution, it's possible to set your own address instead of Nobordist’s address. By checking this option, the specified address will be printed on the label in case of a return. If any information is missing, a notification, as shown in the next image, will pop up, and Nobordist's address will be set by default.

 



2. To edit the field containing the informations listed below click on 'Edit', change the necessary information and then click on 'Save' to finish.



If any changes are made, be sure to click the Save button at the bottom of the page. 

Additionally, you can locate your company ID which is used by support team to verify your account.
