Shipping Rules
You can set rules for your shipments. You can create many of them with different triggers and automate your process. These rules are defined by you, selecting conditions and specifying which actions happen when they are met. Customize your rules to facilitate the creation of future orders.
1. Click on 'Settings' and then on 'Shipping Rules'.
2. Actions
The initial page of the shipping rules offers several possible actions:
- Green: Allows you to filter your rules.
- Blue: Enables you to select which columns are displayed on your screen.
- Red: Lets you create a new rule.
3. Creating a rule
To create a rule, you need to fill in the fields. The fields with arrows on the right side of the box have a dropdown menu with options of triggers for your rules.
You can add more than one condition by clicking the 'Add New Condition' button located in the middle of the page.
These are the options for each of the categories. Use them to configure the rules for your shipments. Please note that at the end of the page, there is an option to activate or deactivate the rule.
Note: You can set more than one condition, and the combination of two or more conditions must be met to trigger the selected action.
To finish and save the rule, click on 'Save'.
