    This page allows you to view the files you've imported into our system. These files can include created orders, quotations, and any other actions where you've uploaded a CSV or any other file.

1. Click on 'Archives'.

Click on  Downloads

2. Actions

    You can click on the highlighted button under the 'Messages' column to view the errors and perform the other possible actions.


The errors will be displayed on your screen like this. It is possible that after fixing the error shown, another one may appear. This can happen because the first error made it impossible for the system to read the entire file. If that occurs, address the next problem until the file is accepted.

    Once you've successfully completed this process for the first time, you will have a personalized template for your orders or quotations, which will streamline the entire process.
