Integrations - Channels

    You have the option to link your account with the sales channels you have contracts with. This integration simplifies various processes in our platform by showcasing the connected sales channels across the entire app menu. The integration process is straightforward and only requires a few essential pieces of information.

1. Click on  "Integrations' and then on 'Channels'.

2. Connecting

    There is a slight difference between this process and the integration with couriers. Some sales channels have specific integration methods:

• To connect with ShipStation, Shopify, or VTEX, click on its icon and fill in the fields presented in the opened box.
• For MaBang, click on its icon and obtain the token by clicking the 'Get Token' button.
• To integrate with Amazon, click on its icon and import a CSV file.

2.1 Amazon

    The CSV template can be downloaded by clicking on the link under the 'Import file' button. You can fill in the information using the same format as the orders import file.
